Are Natural Perfume Oils right for you?
First and foremost, natural perfume oils will smell unique on each person’s skin.
During our designing + testing phase, we found it fascinating to discover that the qualities of each natural perfume oil would wear slightly different on every individual. Why does this occur? Simply put, all of us have a unique skin biome— determined by many factors; and this will interact with perfume oils in its own unique way. It’s worth noting that this variance isn’t too dramatic, just enough to make each perfume oil especially yours.
Strength & Longevity
Natural perfumes are best worn when reapplied throughout the day. Our perfume oils are not made with synthetic fixatives or chemicals, so they do not have the same ‘staying power’ as their synthetic counterparts. Natural perfume oils are made to smell as nature intended, and described as a gentle veil of fragrance that’s strong enough to let you know that it’s there, without ever being overpowering or headache-inducing.
Let the olfactory journey begin!
Over the course of a few hours, you’ll be taken on a gentle olfactory journey! Beginning with the bright and effervescent top notes (lasting approximately 5-20 minutes), then slowly fading into the rich and harmonious middle notes (lasting for approximately 1-3 hours) before mingling with the soft lingering base notes that will cling softly to your skin.
Application Tips + Tricks
Prior to application, be sure you’re applying to well-moisturized skin to ensure the skin does not absorb all the scented oil. Once moisturized, apply fragrance oil rollerball to your pulse points and any other desirable area. Avoid rubbing the fragrance oil on your skin. Instead, we suggest allowing fragrance oil to air dry.
